These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Brooklyn Hive website and services. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit a booking request.

Our service

Brooklyn Hive offers furnished long-stay rentals in Brooklyn, New York, with a 3-month minimum stay. You can request a whole apartment or a single room within a multi-bedroom home.

Bookings are requests

Submitting a booking is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Every request must clear identity verification and source-of-income screening, and is then reviewed and approved by our team. We may approve or decline any request at our discretion.

Payments and leases

Approved bookings are subject to a signed lease and the payment schedule presented to you. Your tenancy itself is governed by that signed sublease — a fixed-term agreement — which is separate from these website terms. Rent is billed per month. Holding deposits and any other fees are described at the time of booking. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the home and shared spaces responsibly and lawfully, and to comply with the terms of your lease and any house rules.

Changes and liability

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
